Return and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to nutrition planning programmes and related digital services purchased from Eliminationfitdy by consumers in the United Kingdom.
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after you receive confirmation of your purchase.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Cooling-Off Period
To exercise your 14-day cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision by email to info@eliminationfitdy.world before the cancellation period expires. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
If you cancel within the cooling-off period and have not accessed more than one programme module or downloaded substantial course materials, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Commencement of Services During Cooling-Off
If you request that we begin providing the digital programme during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the digital content has been fully supplied, or you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided, as permitted by regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation After Cooling-Off
After the 14-day period, you may cancel with 7 days' written notice. A partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of the programme remaining, minus a reasonable administration fee of £15, unless otherwise required by law.

- Programme modules already completed or accessed in full
- One-to-one advisory sessions that have already taken place
- Bespoke meal planning documents delivered to your specifications
How to Request a Refund
Send a written request to info@eliminationfitdy.world including your full name, programme name, purchase date, and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 3 working days and process eligible refunds within 14 days using your original payment method.

Service Interruptions
If we are unable to deliver a programme due to circumstances within our control, you may choose between a full refund or transfer to an alternative programme of equal value.
Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may contact Citizens Advice or seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
